Across the planet, around 171.4 million 60kg bags of coffee (~10.41 million tons) are produced annually (2023-2024), to meet market demand. From the variety and roasting time of the bean, to the specific temperature at which it is brewed – coffee brewing requires finesse and expertise.Â
For many, these steps become ardous and the quick hit from a morning cup of joe becomes and untenable proposition. Attesting to this predominant need, the market for instant coffee (HSN 210111, 210112) is measured at $ 32.1 billion (2021) and is forecast to rise to $ 41.2 billion by 2028. This accounts for both Spray Dried and Freeze Dried Soluble Coffee powder.Â
