Our extraction systems feature adaptable MoC extractor columns, connected in series. The pressure and temperature of the extraction process is customised based on the material being processed and is addressable through PLC system. Efficient leeching of extract is achieved through appropriate modulation of temperatures and pressure along with chronological exposure for the material to achieve hydrolyzation. The system architecture is adaptable based on your requirements and is available in low (5-8 bar-g), medium (8.5-10.5 bar-g) and high (10.5+ bar-g) pressure orientation.
