Multi-Stage Drying System

A combination type plant set-up; these systems utilize 2 or more types of drying apparatus in series or parallel combination to product the finished product. This type of arrangement allows for minimal stack loss during drying process, high bulk density in the final product and the combinate nature allows for application of this technology in multiple fields. The most common type of MSD arrangement at SSP is the combination of the Fluid Bed Dryer and Spray Dryer apparatus – employed primarily in the Dairy and Dairy Derivatives Processing segment. Based on the recipe, the system can be combined with Twin Hydro-cyclone system and our Patented Dual nozzle drying system to tailor the output to your requirements.
